Return Process

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and retains all original tags and packaging for a successful quality check.

  Package & Ship

  Securely pack the items and use our prepaid shipping label to drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier point.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and verifies the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
